In recent years, Gree and other home appliance giants have deployed smart homes to create a new blue ocean for the home appliance industry. Dong Mingzhu believes that smart applications should provide consumers with protection. The first thing that smart home appliances do is to make consumers have no trouble with after-sales service. In addition, Dong Mingzhu said that Gree has controlled the core components, such as compressors and molds all made, and so on, so that the refrigerator can not freeze at minus 7 °C. Dong Mingzhu believes that if the combination of online and offline allows consumers to shop more easily than before, it is a success.
