Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the effect of night lighting planning and planning implementation in Shangcheng Chongqing, and introduces and analyzes the huge benefits of Chongqing night scene combined with tourism, viewing and dining, and points out the urban night vision planning. The preparation must be based on local tourism and consumption characteristics in order to receive good results.

one. Chongqing night view lighting overview
Chongqing is the only municipality directly under the Central Government in China's central and western regions. It is famous for its Jiangcheng and Shancheng. Chongqing has 40 districts and counties with an area of 82,000 square kilometers and a population of 30.9 million. Chongqing is the capital of Pakistan, and it has a history of more than 3,000 years. Chongqing was also a famous "companion capital" during the War of Resistance. It was the political and cultural center of the country at that time. Today, Chongqing has become the largest industrial and commercial town in the southwest region. The implementation of the national western development strategy and the smooth progress of the Three Gorges Project have enabled Chongqing to gradually develop into an economic center city in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.
As early as during the War of Resistance, "Wanjia Lights" has become a true portrayal of the night scene of the mountain city. In the 1990s, with the rapid development of urban construction, the night view of the mountain city has entered a new stage of development. Since 1995, the first phase of the city's “Glory Project” has been implemented, and the 11th “Glory Project” has been completed so far; in order to welcome the National Mayor Summit to be held in Chongqing in 2005, it is currently in progress. The construction of the 12th "Glorious Project".
Before 1999, although the construction of the “Glorious Project” of the seven phases of the city had been completed, a large amount of funds had been invested, and certain achievements were made. However, due to the lack of macro control and guidance of planning, the overall effect was not satisfactory. Therefore, from 2000 to 2001, it was deployed by the municipal government, and a group of professors and experts from Chongqing University and Chongqing Municipal Administrative Committee completed the first regional urban night lighting plan in Chongqing's main city – “Chongqing In the city of Nanshan, a tree in the vicinity of the line of sight lighting planning, and in this way to guide the "glorious projects" in the next few issues. Through several years of practice, it is proved that “the nightscape lighting plan within the line of sight of a tree in Nanshan, Chongqing” is practical and effective.
two. Chongqing Urban Layout Characteristics and Night Scene Planning
The urban layout of Chongqing is quite unique – “rock drilling for the city and pool along the river” is a multi-center, group-type layout model (also known by planning experts as a constellation layout model); the main urban area is surrounded by two rivers, and the mountains are ups and downs, including There are eight districts in Yuzhong District, Jiangbei District, Yubei District, Shapingba District, Jiulongpo District, Dadukou District, Banan District and Nan'an District. Among them, Yuzhong District is the political, cultural and commercial center of Chongqing's main urban area. It is also the area with the most conditions for night scene construction in each district of the main city.
The Yuzhong District is shaped like a peninsula. The building is built on the mountain and the road is full of water. The peninsula is concentrated on the pilgrimage site, the Great Hall People Square, the Three Gorges Museum, Jiefangbei Commercial Pedestrian Street, Chaotianmen Square, Coral Park, Lushan Park, and Goose Ridge. Famous urban tourist attractions such as parks and Buddhist parks are scattered and relatively concentrated, and have unique geographical advantages. In addition, since the 1970s, Hongshan Pavilion in Laoshan Park and Liangjiang Pavilion in Eilean Park have become famous scenic spots in the peninsula night scene, with considerable influence and popularity. Therefore, the first regional urban night lighting plan in the main urban area of Chongqing has been fully considered as the beginning of the Yuzhong Peninsula.
Due to the rugged terrain in the main urban area of Chongqing, there are many viewpoints in the main city area that can enjoy panoramic views of the Suizhong Peninsula, but no matter from the viewing distance, altitude, or the number of tourists that can be accommodated, compared with other viewpoints. Nanshan, located in the Nan'an District, is far superior. As early as before the formulation of this plan, the “Nanshan One Tree” viewing platform, which was driven by Nanshan “Spring Water Chicken Street”, has formed spontaneously. Therefore, the “Nanshan Tree Viewing Platform” is regarded as the lighting plan of the Yuzhong Peninsula. It is practical to focus on the peninsula in the direction of the main line of sight.

In addition to a tree as the best panoramic sight, the South Bank Binjiang Road across the river from the Suizhong Peninsula is the best river landscape. Therefore, in addition to highlighting the Yuzhong Peninsula, the plan also comprehensively planned the relevant scenic spots, viewing belts and viewing routes in the Nan'an District.
three. Characteristics and Principles of Chongqing Urban Night Lighting Planning
According to the characteristics of Shancheng and Jiangcheng, according to the characteristics of Shancheng and Jiangcheng, it will be located in the central area of the main city, 13 roads in the Yuzhong District and Nan'an District, along the street buildings, 3 district buildings and along the river, important Squares, parks, scenic spots, and commanding heights are included in the key planning areas, highlighting the topographical features and urban features of the central city center.
We have identified the characteristics of the urban night lighting planning in the center of the main city as:
1. Facade layering
From the perspective of a tree viewing platform, the central urban area can be divided into five distinct levels:
The first level: the skyline of the Yuzhong Peninsula;
The second level: Jiefangbei and residential groups along the Shaanxi Road;
The third level: along the Changbin Road complex;
The fourth level: Changbin Road, Yangtze River Bridge, Yanjiang River and Binjiang Park, along the Coral Park (inter-water line);
The fifth level: Nanping, Shangxin Street, marble stone area.
2. Plane partition
According to the influence of the functional division of the Yuzhong Peninsula on the night illumination, we divided the Yuzhong Peninsula into 11 plane divisions, such as the A~F area, and identified landmark buildings, roads, bridges, and water bodies that must focus on lighting design in each area. , barges, etc., highlighting the lighting characteristics of each flat area.
3. Brightness grading
In the night lighting planning and design, we use the brightness as a measure of the lighting effect, and determine the brightness level according to the different functional zones of each region, so as to produce a reasonable light and dark relationship as a whole, as well as good artistic effects, avoiding the brightness It creates a feeling of monotony and dullness. The brightness of each functional partition is different for the upper, middle and lower parts of the key building. Therefore, there is a good night view with a focus on the whole and a bright spot in the area.
In the planning, we divide the brightness of the nodes in the whole planning into ten relative levels, the highest is 10, the lowest is 1, and the highest level 10 represents the brightness of the downtown night scene marker, that is, the top of the Jiefangbei. The absolute value of the corresponding brightness of the 10th level is 48 cd/m 2 , and the absolute values of the brightness corresponding to the 9th, 8th, 7th, 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, and 1st levels are respectively 43cd/m 2 . , 38cd / m 2, 34cd / m 2, 29cd / m 2, 24cd / m 2, 19cd / m 2, 14cd / m 2, 10cd / m 2, 5cd / m 2 ( luminance control value corresponding to a luminance level It is the limit value of the highest brightness of all buildings in this brightness area).
