Intelligent biogas safety production monitoring system based on STC12C5A60S2

The biogas project mainly reduces the organic matter content of manure water through anaerobic fermentation and related treatments, meets or meets the waste discharge standards and obtains energy biogas according to the design process requirements. The biogas utilization products and equipment technologies mainly use biogas or directly for domestic energy. , or power generation, or burning boilers, or directly used to produce heating, or as a chemical raw material. The biogas fertilizer is made into liquid fertilizer and compound fertilizer technology. It is mainly through solid-liquid separation, adding necessary elements and ingredients, so that the biogas fertilizer liquid fertilizer or compound fertilizer can be used or sold by itself to achieve energy recycling. At present, most of the biogas clean energy biogas projects under construction or built in major cities in China use relay logic control mode. These system modes are single, the automation procedures are relatively low, and only some switching problems can be handled, and the system cannot be processed. Analog and real-time recording and statistics of biogas project operation information greatly reduce the full utilization of biogas project resources; at the same time, large-scale biogas project automation is low, and many operators are required to conduct on-site monitoring, increasing labor intensity, and information. Passing lag is not easy to manage. Aiming at the above problems, an intelligent biogas safety production monitoring system is proposed. The system uses STC12C5A60S2 core processor to control the data collected by sensors such as temperature, humidity, pressure and PH, and performs certain optimization processing. It transmits and receives through MODBUS protocol. The upper computer transmits the PC to the monitoring center through the serial port or USB and the on-site monitoring MCGS embedded configuration monitoring screen, so that the operation and monitoring personnel can fully understand all aspects of the biogas production process in real time.

1. System design 1.1, overall system design

As long as the biogas intelligent monitoring system has data acquisition module, MCU module, early warning module, on-site monitoring module and remote monitoring module, the system structure diagram is shown in Figure 1.

1.2, sensor module

The temperature and humidity sensor module uses SHT10, and its schematic diagram is shown in Figure 2.
