First, the general procedure of power transmission operation:
1. Check that all temporary safety measures and grounding wires installed on the equipment have been safely removed.
2. Check the relevant signals and indicators and the meter is correct.
3. Check that the circuit breaker is in the opening position and the handcart is in the test position.
4. The handlebar is shaken to the running position and the energy storage is normal.
5. Close the circuit breaker. After the power is turned on, the load switch and voltage should be normal.

Second, the general procedure for power outage operations:
1. Check if the electric meter indicates whether the brake is allowed to be pulled.
2. Disconnect the circuit breaker and check that the circuit breaker is in the off position.
3. The handcart is shaken to the test position.
4. Remove the control insurance.

Third, the two incoming lines switch positions.
1. Only one incoming line can run, and the other incoming line car is placed in the test position, and the aviation plug must be plugged in.
2. When the running line is powered off, the other incoming line can be closed.
3, high pressure prohibits manual closing, because the two incoming lines only have electrical locking, no mechanical locking.
4. When the power supply is normal, the P, T and secondary power insurance of the other incoming line should be taken off.

Fourth, the mother cabinet input procedures:
1. The mother cabinet is in the test position, the circuit breaker is in the opening position, and the hand truck is in the test position.
2. The signal of the mother cabinet is correct and the meter is correct.
3. Only one incoming line runs, first shake the handcart and then run the position.
4. Shake the busbar to the running position and the electric energy storage is correct.
5. Close the busbar breaker.
6. Check whether the load and voltage indication are normal. If the abnormality needs to be checked, it can be operated after normal operation.

5. High-voltage backup circuit, input procedures and related equipment:
1. The main supply circuit must be powered off.
2. Disconnect the main supply cabinet switch according to the operation procedure, and at the same time supply the main cabinet for input, and the No. 1 transformer cabinet is disconnected.
3. According to the operation sequence, the switch and the No. 2 transformer cabinet switch are prepared.
4. Disconnect the low-voltage cabinets of No.1 and No.2, and connect the No.2 low-voltage main cabinet. Shake the liaison cabinet to the working position, close the No.1 low-voltage main cabinet, and then close the shunt switches respectively. The circuits to be input are:
(1), residents switch (1-7, Duanjiatan), South Fourth Floor.
(2), apartment part (Apartment No. 1-5).
(3), office building, student canteen.
