The HDP Series devices are halogen-free, side-start, surface mount detection switches with two color coding options to distinguish between right-hand and left-hand start types. The right hand version of the actuator body is black, while the left hand version is gray. The contact is rated at 1mA / 5VDC and the contact resistance is less than 500mΩ. The total travel distance of the switch is 1.3mm and the operating temperature range is -20°C to 70°C. 
The HDP series switches are available in tape and reel packaging (2500 parts/disc) and are sampling now.
