Don't underestimate the installation process, you may not be able to operate correctly

Some people may think that there are instructions for the installation of the equipment. For the installation of the equipment, just read the instructions or ask the manufacturer. But because of this, not only will the time of the manufacturer and the customer be wasted, but the operator will also have more errors in the installation process, so it is necessary to explain and explain in detail.

When installing a single-stage centrifugal pump, be sure to identify the components of the equipment. In general, single-stage centrifugal pumps are mainly composed of pump casings, impellers, seal rings, shafts, bearings, shaft seals and other components. In the initial installation, the general construction is to install the pump on the basis of the pump, and then install the inlet and outlet pipes based on the inlet and outlet short sections of the pump.

If the rationality of the pipe support is not taken into account during installation, the outlet pipe is supported by the wall or supported by the cantilevered column when passing through the wall. Although some space is saved, the wall support and the pipe cantilever due to vibration, temperature change, material gravity, etc. The bracket is deformed and sunk, and in severe cases, the impeller shaft is broken and the bearing is damaged.

Also, do not use too many bends on the water inlet pipe, pay attention to the angle of the water pipe axis and the degree of the surface.

Take the water level of the water outlet as an example. If the outlet pipe is higher than the normal water level above the water outlet, the lift will increase from the surface, but this will cause a significant decrease in flow. In actual work, due to the influence of topographical factors, if the outlet pipe position must be higher than the normal water level of the pool, you can add elbows or short pipes to the pipe diameter.

Prepare well before running, prevent problems before they happen

The next step after the installation process is running. Need to be reminded that the operator is best not to rush to run the equipment, before it needs to be fully prepared. First, the operator needs to check the pump outlet, the valve on the inlet line, the flange anchor bolt, the coupling, the thermometer and the pressure gauge. Only when these parts are inspected can the equipment be safe and stable.

Secondly, check the operation of the single-stage centrifugal pump, first drive the car, listen to the noise, and see if it is flexible. Then open the inlet valve, discharge the gas in the pump body, fill the pump with the liquid to be delivered, and then close the outlet valve. Next, the operator needs to add grease or grease to the pump's fuel tank.

In general, single-stage centrifugal pumps are lubricated with thin oil, and the bearings dissipate heat quickly and at low temperatures. However, when the pump is stopped and the liquid volume fluctuates, the packing leakage and the slurry are easy to enter the oil tank, which deteriorates the lubricating oil and easily causes leakage. However, if the temperature rises, the viscosity of the lubricating oil becomes small, and the bearing rolling elements are liable to be mixed with the inner and outer rings, causing the temperature to continuously rise. Repeatedly, it is easy to burn the bearing.

Finally, the operator also needs to cool the water, open the pressure gauge to see if it is sensitive, and check the safety equipment, such as the wheel cover, grounding wire, etc. It is worth mentioning that the operator should also check the preheating condition of the hot oil pump. It is best to make the temperature of the pump body not lower than 40 °C of the medium temperature, and do a good job of docking with the personnel in the relevant positions.
