In order to occupy the market, LED lighting manufacturers have fought a price war, resulting in uneven quality of LED lighting products. How to effectively evaluate the quality of LED lighting products has become a common concern.
We use a domestic manufacturer's LED lighting fixtures to conduct MTBF evaluation of the average fault-free life. The test conditions are room temperature (25 °C) power-on, continuous operation, up to 10000h. The time-crunched point estimation and interval estimation (GB5080.4-85) method is used to obtain test data and perform data processing to evaluate the average fault-free life of LED lamps.
Type and quantity of lamps
1. A total of 30 screw lights are divided into 3 types of specifications: 2W SRP20, 4W SRA40 and SRP40, each with 10 samples.
2. A total of 40 polyhedron lamps are divided into 4 models, namely 6W SC320, 8W SC420, 12W SC340 and 16W SC440, each with 10 samples.
3, 10 tube lights, 5 street lights; 2 kinds of tunnel lights, 5 each.
Failure criterion
(1) Light decay > 50%; (2) Dead light; (3) Abnormal light (blinking, local darkening).
A failure is achieved by reaching any of the above failure criteria.
