1. Using solid capacitors to improve the performance of MR16 small spotlights, no need to change the circuit design, can be directly replaced; 2, the use of solid capacitors can double the life of MR16 small spotlights; 3, the use of lower capacity solid capacitors can be replaced The original liquid capacitor is beneficial to the miniaturization of the circuit and the installation of the whole machine. 4. The solid capacitor can be used normally in a wider temperature range.
In addition, the liquid capacitor uses the electrolyte as the dielectric material, and can not get rid of the thermal expansion due to physical properties, and the danger of liquid leakage occurs, which makes the liquid capacitor become a major bottleneck of the LED driving power source.
Finding solutions that can replace liquid capacitors is imperative.
As an important part of the driving power supply, the capacitor faces new challenges and opportunities in terms of performance and cost.
