Construction points:

10. When connecting the switch and screw fixture wire, the phase wire should be connected to the switch first. The phase wire led by the switch should be connected to the terminal in the lamp center. The neutral wire should be connected to the screwed terminal.

11. Splashproof sockets shall be installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Switches shall be installed on the wall on the open side of the door.

12. The line pipe shall be directly laid on the ground. If there are special circumstances that need to be taken around the wall or the roof, the non-standard construction must be indicated on the agreement in advance or the “customer approval form” must be completed before construction.

Construction details:

First, determine the point

1, the basis for the determination of points: According to the family wiring design drawings, combined with the schematic diagram of the point on the wall, with a pencil, ruler or ink fountain will be marked at the location of the cassette position.

2, the cassette height determination: In addition to special requirements, the height of the cassette is consistent with the original strong electric socket, the height of the background music tuning switch should be consistent with the height of the original strong electric switch. If there are multiple cassettes together, the distance between the cassettes is at least 10mm.

Second, slotting

1, determine the slot route: According to the following principles:

2 Do not destroy the original principle of strong electricity;

3 Do not break the waterproof principle.

2, determine the slot width: According to the number of signal lines to determine the number of PVC pipe, and then determine the width of the slot.

3. Determine the groove depth: If a 16mm PVC tube is selected, the groove depth is 20mm; if a 20mm PVC tube is selected, the groove depth is 25mm.

Third, the wiring

1, to determine the smoothness of the cable:

1 Test of network cables and telephone lines: Make crystal heads respectively, and use a network tester to test continuity;

3 other cables: use appropriate professional instrument test continuity.

2, to determine the line length of each point:

1 Measure the length of the wiring box slot to each point end;

2 Add the length of redundant lines at each point and at the wiring box slot: The length of the outlet line at each point is 200mm - 300mm.

3, to determine the label: the various types of cables cut to a certain length after the two ends of the line labeled, and indicate: weak type - room - serial number.

4, to determine the number of pipe lines: the cross-sectional area of ​​the pipe line shall not exceed 80% of the pipe cross-sectional area.

Fourth, sealing slot

1. Fixed cassette: In addition to the kitchen and bathroom cassettes protruding from the wall 20mm, other cassettes are required to be flush with the wall surface. Several cassettes are required to be on the same level.

2, fixed PVC pipe:

3. RJ11 is the common name of the connector developed by Western Electric Co. Its shape is defined as a 6-pin connecting device. Originally called wexw, where x means "active", contact or needle. For example, we6w has all six contacts, numbered from 1 to 6. The we4w interface only uses four pins, the outermost two contacts (1 and 6) are not used, and we2w only uses the middle two pins. For RJ11, the information source is contradictory. It can be a 2 or 4-core 6-pin connector. What's more confusing is that RJ11 is not only used to represent the 6-pin connector, it also refers to the 4-pin version.



4. RJ45 and RJ11: different standards, different sizes



5. Due to the different sizes of the two (RJ11 is 4 or 6-pin, RJ45 is an 8-pin connection device), it is obvious that the RJ45 plug cannot be inserted into the RJ11 socket. However, it is physically feasible (RJ11 plug is smaller than RJ45 jack), which makes people think that they should or can work together. It's not. It is strongly recommended not to use RJ11 plug for RJ45 socket.
