From the "Industry 4.0" point of view how intelligent services advance?

From the perspective of "Industry 4.0", how can smart services be promoted? ] Currently "Industry 4.0" has multiple definitions. Usually, the German "Industry 4.0" research experts will not give a clear definition of "Industry 4.0", because "Industrie 4.0" describes the next level of product development, intelligent production and these intelligent "Industry 4.0" Product-related smart services. Smart Factory from the perspective of "Industry 4.0"

The term "smart factory" automatically includes a more intelligent modular concept of production lines, machine modules, machines and robots. The availability of seamless information greatly improves efficiency and quality while shortening the product development cycle. In a future "smart factory", security, reliability, and connectivity will become the established attributes (hardware and software) of the "Industry 4.0" component.

The result of applying the principle of "Industry 4.0" in the so-called "future factory" is changing the way in which products are sold, developed and produced.

Industrial IoT Functional Pyramid

The Industrial IoT Functional Pyramid describes all levels above physical assets (our current and future all sensors and actuators) to enable connectivity and availability of information related to business processes. Integrate assets in the integration or equipment layer, followed by communications, information, and functional layers. At the top level is the business layer. We look forward to new business applications in the business layer. Industrial IoT function pyramids can be mapped to smart factory edge cloud implementations, and only at the highest level need to be connected to the outside world. I want to explain these levels with RAMI 4.0 because RAMI integrates IT, OT, and the three major dimensions of the lifecycle.

Different kinds of internet of things, smart grids, and industrial internet all need different reference architecture models to guide corporate actions. These models describe the basic principles of network physical components and network physical systems and apply them to specific market segments. The "Industry 4.0" reference architecture model (RAMI 4.0) is based on currently available industry standards and accurately describes the requirements for seamless availability of all information within the asset management enclosure of each rack in the RAMI model. The RAMI model defines nine requirements for seamless availability of all information. "Industry 4.0" communication is based on SOA - Service-Oriented Architecture principles. Security, reliability and interoperability have gradually become a special attribute of the "Industry 4.0" component.

Digital Transformation and Machine Security

The digital transformation in the "Industry 4.0" environment describes the task of creating one or more ecosystems that translates all common RAMI4.0 rules into industry-standard implementations for seamless interoperability. Digital transformation is a process of developing missing concepts, implementation, learning and optimization. Over the past 20 years, the principle of mechanical safety has been gradually established. The principle of mechanical safety is based on basic safety principles. Apply the same basic principles and use the security concept as an inherent property of the "Industry 4.0" component to ensure that the machine's security reaches the same or higher level. The real-time availability of all information is in stark contrast to a subset of current security monitoring. If all components meet the general rules of RAMI 4.0, security will be greatly improved.

Manufacturing in the future

The Industrial Internet IIC and Industry 4.0 platforms in the United States created basic documents describing the reference architecture and system requirements. The application of these principles to pilot production lines, smart factories, and the creation of test platforms equipped with the latest IT technologies demonstrates the great potential of the upcoming industrial revolution. In the future, the concept of “Industry 4.0” will be adopted globally (the seamless availability of all relevant information). The key drivers of "Industry 4.0" are interoperability and connectivity, making it easy to build new factories wherever they are.
