The application of niche market products such as in-vehicle market lags behind the mainstream technology. The positioning niche market needs to open up the market in terms of market access and reliability and establish a multi-product small batch operation mode. DDR3 is an option, but must consider the market. Capacity problem. At present, the DDR3 memory stick of the Ziguang Guoxin brand has appeared on the market, which may be understood as a prelude. The predecessor of Ziguang Guoxin was the Infineon Xi'an DRAM Design Department established in 2003. In 2009, it was independently operated by Inspur.
